The dryer uses air knives and an air generator to blow water off bottle surfaces, drying them before further processing. This helps prevent issues such as labels not adhering properly or moisture affecting the integrity of packaging materials during case packing. It can also reduce bacteria or mold growth under shrink-sleeve labels.

Its electric regenerative blower creates a powerful vortex wind around the bottles, which is more efficient than compressed air. Also, the dryer features a protective enclosure to reduce noise from the air being blown.

To use it, place your bottles at the left end of the conveyor. Press the green button to turn the dryer on, then activate the conveyor. The bottles will move into the dryer to be dried before emerging from the other side.
