Our capping and sealing machines ensure airtight seals to keep products from spilling out of their containers. We can also apply labels with either pressure-sensitive labelers or sealing machines to ensure your products have clear, identifying information for your customers’ convenience, and that you stay compliant with all relevant regulations.

Chemical Compatibility for Your Packaging Machines

One issue you may have already dealt with when packaging chemicals and other potentially hazardous products is chemical compatibility. Some products, like strong acids or bases, can wear down equipment. Whether that’s mild steel or cloth gloves, these substances need something stronger to handle them.

Hence, stainless steel. Accutek’s machines are primarily built with 304 and 316 stainless steel, providing the corrosion resistance needed to process your product(s) without wearing down. Of the two, 316 is slightly better at resisting corrosion.

This allows us to accommodate your product’s characteristics, whether that’s its temperature, viscosity, foaming characteristics, or another relevant factor.

To give a quick example, some of our fillers are designed to prevent overflowing and spillage, and we can customize machines to fit on, say, trigger caps for items like spray bottles.

We can also develop an entire production line to meet your needs. For example, we can incorporate bottle unscramblers to help orient your bottles in the proper orientation, then send them through a bottle blower/washer to make sure they are sanitary before the filling, capping, and labeling stages of your production process.

If you’re unsure what kinds of machines you’ll need to package your cleaning products, ask yourself the following questions:

What type of product do you need packaging machinery for?

What’s the chemical composition of your product? Is it viscous? Corrosive? Does it have particulates? What is its required temperature? Such factors dictate what kind of machine you need and how it will be customized to best package your product(s).

What is your intended production output?

Exactly how much product are you looking to produce? Are you just trying to package a few boxes of chemical toner? Or do you intend to package enormous quantities of chlorine to sell in a major retail outlet?

Your answer will dictate just how much packaging equipment you’re going to need. If you’re a smaller company, you may only need a semi-automatic machine. But if you’re a large operation, it’s worth considering an entire automatic line for your household and cleaning products needs.

What’s your budget for chemical packaging equipment?

Going off the previous question, the size of your production operation, and by extension, your funds, will impact your choice of machine(s). A smaller or semi-automatic machine will likely be cheaper, but may not be able to meet the same production output as a larger and more expensive automatic machine.

Automatic machines, or machines with human-machine interfaces, may also come with recipe interfaces that help you keep track of your settings for filling some products. Semi-automatic machines are not as likely to have this feature.

Where are the machines constructed?

Our machines are designed and assembled here in the United States. Our engineering team designs new parts and solutions to customize your household and cleaning product machines for your production line.

Are your machines sanitary?

Yes, the machines are constructed with stainless steel, making them sanitary and safe for packaging sensitive products. Your products will be kept pure and contaminant-free.

Can your machines achieve speeds of 20-40 containers/bottles per minute during the production process?

Many of our machines can meet or even exceed this speed, but it depends on a few factors. Like the size/shape of the container and which machine(s) you’re using. For example, a rotary overflow filler can fill hundreds of large bottles in minutes, but a semi-automatic piston filler isn’t likely to achieve this speed.

Do you provide manuals? Do they provide preventative maintenance instructions and setup procedures?

Yes; where applicable, the manuals include information on setting up your machine and keeping it in good condition for a long time. The manuals also may include mechanical and electrical diagrams for your reference, along with setup sheets and lists of spare parts you can order in case of a malfunction.

What kind of service can we expect post-purchase?
