The Semi-Automatic 2 Head Positive Displacement Filling Machines (SAPD-2) utilize a Positive Displacement Pump Head for each fill head.
The SAPD-2 employs a Positive Displacement Pump Head for each of its two fill heads, offering superior control and accuracy. Its advanced PLC Control Package enables operators to precisely control each fill head using encoding technology for fractional control of the pump head presented on an easy-to-use backlit alphanumeric display. Each fill head can be programmed to initiate the fill process gradually, increase to full speed, and then slow down to complete the fill. Post-filling, the pump filler can reverse to prevent dripping as it withdraws excess product from the nozzle, readying it for the next fill.
Constructed with high-quality stainless steel components, the pump heads are available in sanitary 4gpm and 10gpm options. This filler is ideal for higher viscosity products and applications requiring utmost accuracy. It boasts versatility to accommodate various container sizes, fill volumes, and product types, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The SAPD-2 is a perfect choice for both large production runs and start-ups.
It includes a 4gpm (optional 10gpm) Positive Displacement Pump for each fill head, a sanitary stainless steel hopper with a liquid level assembly, and a PLC Control Box, all securely mounted on a heavy-duty stainless steel frame.
